Medium-scale, pilot plant equipment is used to evaluate methods and produce experimental batches. This is done in collaboration with fully equipped Development Laboratories staffed with experienced chemists, analytical experts and Medicinal Chemists. The development lab conforms to the quality management system requirements per customer specification.
The developed method and technology is transferred to a commercial production facility conforming to Quality, Management and EHS system requirements. The process involves careful investigation of equipment, efficient process controls and quality control — the product is tested at the commercial facility and again independently at the development lab to confirm quality.
Custom synthesis can also be carried out as per the customer's specific requirement methodology, steps and communication agenda requirements.
